Shipping policy
All products are Handmade so we need time to make your order.
Processing time is 2-7 days.
Delivery - Worldwide
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use DPD, Omniva parcel terminals and Standart shipping via post office.
In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia we send with Omniva, DPD parcel terminal.
Latvia (Omniva, DPD parcel terminal) takes about 2-5 days.
Lithuania and Estonia (Omniva, DPD parcel terminal) takes about 2-7 business days.
Other states we send orders via DPD (check list in chart) and via Post office (standart shipping).
Delivery time to Europe with is about 5 – 20 business days.
Delivery time to USA about 14 - 28 business days.
Other states delivery time about 14 - 35 business days.
Shipping times are only estimates and these can change at any time.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Annivia Dog Wear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@annivia.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns Policy
Please note, we do not exchange or refund custom orders or already used producs, contact us at info@annivia.eu to discuss options.
You can exchange stock items in original, unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange for 14 days after delivery. Refund orders may be subject to restocking charges of 10-20% at our discretion.

To start a return, please contact us at info@annivia.eu or on instagram @anniviadogwear and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment - this may take several business days to process depending on your service provider.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to discuss options.
Our materials are like most things not resistant to being chewed by dog’s teeth. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any damage to our products that has been caused by your dog.
